Do I need a card to try it?＋
No. The 14-day trial includes every feature with no card on file. When it ends, pick a plan — or drop to Free and keep your data.
What happens if I go over a limit?＋
Nothing dramatic. Your existing data is never deleted or held hostage — you just can’t add more of that thing until you upgrade or tidy up. Extra users are £5/month and extra storage is £5 per 50 GB if you’d rather not change tier.
Can I cancel anytime?＋
Yes, from your billing page, no phone call needed. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can export everything as CSV before, during or after.
Is there a commission on my sales?＋
Never. StockVaults is a flat subscription. We don’t take a percentage of anything you sell, and we never will.
How does annual billing work?＋
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — roughly 17% off. The prices shown as “annual” are the effective monthly cost.
